No! Unlike most competitors, we use flat pricing with generous staff caps. Starter includes 3 staff, Professional includes 10, and Business is truly unlimited. No per-head surcharges.

Klippa sends email confirmations and reminders today. WhatsApp reminders are built and coming soon — we don't charge separately for either channel.
